The “Bim” system helps us to manage the construction of the learning building at Wellington College International School Bangkok. We used “Bim” from the start point to the final step. In the design check process, the “Bim” program inspected all architect work, structural work, and systems work to get the conflict result on each point, and then we will send the summary report to the designer to amend those problems.

In the price calculation step, “Bim” examined the amount of work in each section also addition-reduction of work was considered during construction which its system worked fast and accurately. So project owner will know his cost change immediately. In the construction step, we used “Bim” to inspect the design and the work planning to avoid any mistakes during construction work. For work period withdraw, “Bim” indicated all work progresses has been finished in the 3D model.
